3 Problems with Naturalism

Naturalism is the foundation of Darwin's evolutionary theory. There are some major problems with this belief. One such problem is the explanation of how the earth is so diverse. Darwin believed that natural selection was how this was occurred. This is the belief that small mutations in the DNA gave advantages to one type of bird. The only problem with this theory is that once the change comes around again, the mutation usually reverts back to itself.
The second problem with this theory is the how we got here. He said that everything happened by chance, which is a problem. If we started as one cell and then continued to mutate into different forms, the world would be filled with way more animals then there is today. It's like a pyramid, if we started small we would get bigger, but in actuality we started big and are getting smaller.
Another problem with this theory is that if things happened by chance, what is the likely hood that by randomness you can create a human body or even a small cell like bacteria. The bacterium has a flagellum that takes 40 parts in and of itself. That is a great feet all in itself. In today's society, many have seen the problems with Darwin's theory and he himself said that if there is proof against my theory then it is wrong. When are we going to figure out how wrong we are and when will people finally see the problems that are inherent with evolution.
